Ben Howard

Ben Howard currently serves as the Human Centered Design Lead & Design Technical Expert at International, where responsibilities include leading Experience Design and R&D Innovation initiatives to enhance user experiences. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Experience Architect & Design Lead at Ford Motor Company, focusing on future vehicle user experiences, and as an Advanced Development Manager at Flexfab, LLC, overseeing product development strategies. Earlier positions involved innovation management at OMT-Veyhl, product engineering at Blu Dot, creative leadership in a Stealth Mode Start-up, and design and operations management at Past Present Future. Ben holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
