Jay is a Vice President of Development for On-Campus Student Housing. He is responsible for business development and serves as the community and government liaison in the Boston metropolitan area. He is a highly experienced senior-level manager in the development and construction industries with expertise in five different areas including: politics, permitting, real estate development, business development and construction.
