Todd Andrews

Todd Andrews currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Intertek since June 2016. Previously, Todd held the positions of Corporate Secretary and General Counsel North America at Xchanging Services, Inc. from August 2013 to June 2016, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at InnerWorkings from 2008 to 2013. Todd's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President & General Counsel at MAN Roland Inc. from 1997 to 2008 and as a Litigation Attorney at Cassiday, Schade & Gloor from 1995 to 1997. Todd Andrews earned a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law between 1992 and 1995 and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University from 1987 to 1991.
