Anabella Glz

Anabella Glz currently serves as the Team Leader for Sup Reclutamiento at Intugo, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this, Anabella accumulated extensive experience at Maquilas Tetakawi. S.A. de C.V. from June 2014 to October 2021, where roles included Coordinador de Capacitación, responsible for annual training planning and implementation of soft skills courses for a workforce of 700, and Coordinadora de Reclutamiento y Selección, focusing on candidate sourcing, interviewing, and psychological evaluations. Anabella's earlier career includes serving as a Psychologist at Consultorio de Terapia Emocional y Orientación Educativa from June 2013 to December 2015, and as a Coordinator at Universidad del Valle de México from August 2006 to December 2012. Anabella holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Sonora, along with a Master’s in Organizational Competitiveness from Universidad del Valle de Mexico.
