Kim Metzen

Kim Metzen is an experienced professional with a diverse background. Kim is currently working as an Interim Corporate Recruiter at SparkOptimus, where they are responsible for hiring graduate and junior Associates. Prior to this, they served as a Mental Health Coach at Inuka Coaching, providing online coaching sessions to support employees and promote well-being. Kim also worked as a Blogger at The Depression Escape and as an HR and Recruitment Interim at Mama Cash, an organization that supports women, girls, and trans and intersex people in fighting for their rights. Kim has previous experience in recruitment roles at Zoom and Randstad, where they specialized in attracting and placing multilingual talent. Kim began their career as a Research Assistant at Saint Mary's University.

Kim Metzen completed their education at various institutions. They started their academic journey at Gymnasium Schillerschule Hannover, where they obtained a German Abitur in an unknown field of study. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology at the University of Groningen, studying from 2011 to 2015. Following that, Kim attended Maastricht University from 2015 to 2016, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Health and Social Psychology. In 2017, they briefly studied International Migration & Ethnic Relations at Malmö University.

Apart from their formal education, Kim also attained additional certifications. They received a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Omandflow Yoga in September 2022. In March 2021, they completed two certifications: "HR as a Business Partner" and "Human Resources Foundations," both obtained through LinkedIn.
