Head of Customer Experience at Inunity

Jenny L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

In 2023, they worked at Inunity as the Head of Customer Experience. Prior to that, in 2021, they held the same position at Textline. While at Textline, they also worked as a Customer Support Representative from August 2021 to December 2022.

Before their roles in customer experience, Jenny was an HR Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Group from December 2019 to May 2021.

In 2019, they worked as a Student Ambassador at UC Santa Barbara, specifically in the Campus Advocacy, Resources, and Education (CARE) Office, for six months.

Jenny gained experience in the field of program management as a Program Technician and Intern at The Gooden Center from July 2017 to January 2019.

As a Research Assistant at Dual Language Immersion Study, they contributed to a study from August 2018 to November 2018.

Jenny also had internship experiences at Justice Action from March 2018 to June 2018 and at Daily Nexus from September 2015 to March 2016. During their time at Daily Nexus, they served as a Photo Editor from March 2016 to January 2018.

Jenny L. completed their education at UC Santa Barbara from 2015 to 2019, where they received a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree with a focus on Psychology. In 2018, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Sydney, where they furthered their studies in Psychology. Prior to their university studies, they attended South Pasadena Senior High School from 2011 to 2015.
