Rebecca Wolfram

Rebecca Wolfram, PHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Invictus Capital Partners since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Executive Director and Head of HR/People at FORT L.P., a hedge fund specializing in automated trading strategies, from June 2019 to September 2022. Rebecca’s career also includes nearly a decade at EIG Global Energy Partners as Assistant Vice President & Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development of global HR strategies across various core areas. Rebecca's educational background includes a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School, a Graduate Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Virginia, and dual undergraduate degrees in Environmental Science and Policy and Theatre: Production & Design from the University of Maryland.
