Máté Levente Nagy

Máté Levente Nagy has a diverse work experience. Máté Levente is currently working as a Staff Scientist in Computer Vision at Ionpath since September 2021. Máté Levente is also a Co-Owner at the Academy of Dance since July 2021. Previously, they held multiple roles at NeoGenomics Laboratories, starting as a Scientist in Computational Biology: Deep Learning from June 2017 to July 2019. Máté Levente then became a Senior Scientist & Technical Lead in Computational Biology: Deep Learning from August 2019 to February 2021. Máté Levente further advanced to the position of Principal Scientist and Associate Director of Digital Pathology, Multiplexing from February 2021 to September 2021. Lastly, they worked as a PhD Researcher at Yale University from August 2011 to May 2017.

From 2006 to 2011, they attended Brooklyn College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Their majors at Brooklyn College were Biology and Economics, and they also pursued minors in Computer Science and Physics during that time.

Following their undergraduate studies, from 2011 to 2017, they attended Yale University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the field of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.

Additionally, in February 2021, they obtained an Applied Leadership Certification from Capella University.
