Matt Degner

Matt Degner has held various leadership positions in the education sector, including serving as the Superintendent and Interim Superintendent at Iowa City Community School District. Prior to this, Matt was a Principal at South East Junior High and an Associate High School Principal at Bettendorf Community School District. Matt also has experience as an Assistant Principal at Williamsburg Community School District. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Northern Iowa, a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Iowa, and an EdS in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Iowa.
