Nicole Hudson

Nicole Hudson is an experienced consultant currently working with the Iowa Primary Care Association since August 2021, where responsibilities include providing technical training and facilitating member relationships to enhance Iowa’s healthcare workforce. Prior roles include Program Manager at MercyOne, where Nicole developed project management procedures, and City Council Member for the City of Maxwell, focusing on strategic planning and policy establishment. Additional experience includes managing real estate assets as an Area Manager at Trinity Property Consultants and serving as General Manager at Aspen Heights Partners, where team building and leadership were key contributions. Nicole's earlier career includes roles in leasing and marketing management, achieving significant occupancy milestones and establishing strong vendor relationships. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Iowa State University.
