Fabian Enrique Garcia Castro

Fabian Enrique Garcia Castro is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the business process outsourcing industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations and Country Lead at iQor since March 2022, Fabian has previously held notable positions including Director of Operations at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated and Atlantic International BPO Colombia, as well as various roles at Transcom Colombia. Fabian holds a degree in Law from Universidad Autonoma del Caribe and an Especialista en Alta Gerencia in Business/Commerce from the same institution, attained between 2000 and 2013.
