Glen Corbet has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Glen began their career at Schlumberger as a Field Engineer, where they gained expertise in project management, process improvement, and standard operations for reservoir evaluation. Afterward, they joined PwC, where they worked in various roles within the Risk and Controls group, focusing on financial audits, IT audits, projects, and advisory roles in the financial services industry. Glen then moved to MetLife, where they served as the AVP Internal Audit - EMEA and later as the Director of IT Audit EMEA. Glen was responsible for developing a strategy to deliver IT audits and project assurance work, as well as building out an IT audit team. After MetLife, Glen joined Irish Life as the Head of IS Internal & Project Audit, Europe. Currently, Glen is at Canada Life, working as the Global Functional Testing Lead. Glen recently transitioned to the role of Global Transition to Business Lead - IFRS17.
