Mike Kihmm

Mike Kihmm serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Security at Irvine Company since April 2022, focusing on protecting corporate assets and enhancing security strategies across various business units in Northern California. Prior to this role, Mike Kihmm was a Temporary Deputy Chief of Police at Vallejo Police Department from December 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included assisting the Chief with operational and administrative duties for a department of 100 officers. Mike Kihmm's extensive experience in law enforcement includes a nearly 27-year tenure with San Jose Police Department, culminating in the rank of Police Captain, overseeing multiple divisions and units responsible for various aspects of policing. Mike Kihmm is academically credentialed with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University and has completed multiple leadership training programs, including the FBI National Academy.
