Nang Mwe, P.E. currently serves as an Engineer at Irvine Ranch Water District, focusing on Capital Project Management for the MWRP Biosolids and Energy Recovery Project since April 2017. Responsibilities include construction management, compliance inspections, project start-up support, operational transition, and budget oversight. Prior to this role, Nang Mwe contributed to engineering planning and technical services, reviewing master plans, managing sewer flow monitoring projects, and updating water resource plans. Previous experience includes engineering roles at Golden State Water Company and RMC Water and Environment, as well as an internship at OCSD.
