Dr. Shlomit Kaminka

Dr. Shlomit Kaminka is an accomplished academic and leader in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of The Israeli Association for HR Management Research and Development since 2004, where Dr. Kaminka also leads the annual "Excellence in Human Resources in Israel" competition. As a Senior Lecturer at IDC Herzliya, Dr. Kaminka has contributed to the education of future HR professionals since 2013, and previously held similar roles at The College of Management Academic Studies and Tel Aviv University. Dr. Kaminka's extensive experience includes a directorial position in HR Strategic Planning at Bank Hapoalim and a significant tenure as CEO of Mitimop, an HR consulting firm. Dr. Kaminka holds a D.Sc and MSc in Behavior Studies and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
