Chris Forester

Chris Forester is an experienced executive in the mental health and non-profit sector, currently serving as Executive Director at Island Community Mental Health since October 2021, and previously held the same position at Connections Place from February 2020 to October 2021, focusing on empowering individuals affected by mental illness through a clubhouse model. Prior roles include management of outreach services and supported housing at Pacifica Housing Advisory Association, along with a strong background in case management in Victoria's Downtown core. Chris is pursuing a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia, building on previous educational credentials in Non-Profit Management, Organizational Leadership, and Community Mental Health and Addictions.
