Shoy Rey

Shoy Rey is an experienced restaurant manager currently leading operations at Island Fin Poke Company since January 2021. Previously, Shoy served as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Baba Yega Café from October 2016 to October 2018 and began professional experience as a Student Supervisor at Syracuse University's Food Services from August 2011 to May 2014, where supervision and training of student workers were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Research Representative at Fluent Grp, Marketing Intern at Course Hero, Inc., and Social Marketing Intern at Campus Entertainment, LLC. Shoy completed a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University in 2014 and holds a High School Diploma from All Saints Cathedral School.
