Nadine Graham

Nadine Graham is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse and Case Manager at Islands Hospice since April 2013, Nadine has developed significant expertise in patient care and case management. Prior to this role, Nadine was the Lead Nurse at The Plaza Assisted Living from 2012 to 2013, and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Nursing Home Care between 2007 and 2011. Nadine holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Kapi‘olani Community College, completed between 2010 and 2012.
