Michael Weber

Michael Weber has an extensive career with Isola Group, spanning from August 1991 to the present. Since May 2005, Michael has served as Manager Application Engineering and Leiter Trainingszentrum, overseeing the technical and commercial training initiatives at Isola GmbH and transforming the training center into a profit center. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Instandhaltungselektriker from August 1991 to July 2000, handling energy electronics for operational technology, including planned installation, maintenance work, facility construction, modifications of existing systems, and troubleshooting in a shift-based environment.
