Rebecca Byers

Rebecca Byers has been employed in a variety of roles since 2011. Rebecca began their career as a Crime Scene Technician for the City of Knoxville in 2011. In 2015, they joined the City County Bureau Of Identification as a Latent Print Examiner and Latent Print Supervisor. In 2020, they became the Manager of Administration at Istari Oncology and is currently employed as an Administrative Business Partner at Abzena since 2023.

Rebecca Byers earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from South College between 2006 and 2010. Rebecca obtained a Technical Support Fundamentals certification from Coursera in October 2018 and a Certified Crime Scene Analyst (CCSA) certification from the International Association for Identification in May 2019. Rebecca also earned a Certified Latent Print Examiner (CLPE) certification from the International Association for Identification in July 2015.
