Mary Gonda

Mary Gonda, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at IT Concepts, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Mary held the position of Human Resources Management at Cape Fox Shared Services, specializing in position classification for federal government roles. With extensive experience at Deloitte Consulting, LLP as a Specialist Master, Mary led position classification support for various federal and DOD agencies. Additional roles include Senior Classification Specialist at the USDA, Project Lead at FPMI, and HR Analyst for the City of Falls Church. Mary’s career began in the United States Air Force, where a tenure as First Sergeant involved substantial HR management responsibilities. Mary holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
