Michelle Meany Yeo

Michelle Meany Yeo's work experience includes holding the role of Executive Vice President of People Resources and Culture at itelCX, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Human Resources & Administration at Supreme Ventures Ltd. from March 2020 to February 2023. Earlier in their career, they served as the Chief People Officer at itelbpo Smart Solutions from July 2018 to March 2020, the Group Human Resources Director from June 2016 to August 2018, and the Human Capital Manager from September 2014 to June 2016. Before that, they were a Senior Manager of Human Capital at FullGram International Call Centres from August 2010 to September 2014. Their earliest work experience was as a Flight Attendant/Purser at Air Jamaica Ltd. from January 1995 to May 2010.

Michelle Meany Yeo attended Nova Southeastern University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1994, they studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Technology. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Change Management with Limited Resources from LinkedIn in 2022.
