Guilherme Elias

Guilherme Elias has extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the President, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations at ITG Communication, LLC since October 2014. Prior to this role, Guilherme held the position of Construction Supervisor at CableCom LLC, where effective management of daily operations for various construction crews was demonstrated. As Director of Operations at Nth Connect Telecom, Inc., from July 2004 to October 2013, Guilherme managed over 400 team members and contributed to the expansion of multi-state operations. Early career experience includes a Finance Specialist role at GE Lighting and CAE Specialist at Banco do Brasil. Guilherme holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Faculdade Moraes Júnior and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Contabilidade.
