Shannon Fitz-Simon

Shannon Fitz-Simon, MOTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently employed at Warwick Public Schools since August 2023. Since May 2014, Shannon has also worked as a Pass Worker at the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center, focusing on consumer-directed home-based services for children. Previous roles include occupational therapist positions at LIFESPAN School Solutions Inc. (August 2018 - August 2023), The Groden Network (August 2017 - January 2020), and several school districts including RISE Prep Mayoral Academy and Cranston Public Schools. Shannon completed a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2018, following a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, also from Quinnipiac University, obtained in 2016.
