Jon Dorch

Jon Dorch serves as the Vice President of Technical Product Management and UX Design at Jack in the Box as of December 2023. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Principal at Dorch Corp from May 2023 to December 2023, providing management and product management consulting with a full-time focus on Jack in the Box. Jon was also the Vice President and Head of Product at ConverseNow.AI, leading the development of AI-based ordering solutions for the restaurant industry from April 2020 to May 2023. At Sonic Drive-In, from August 2015 to April 2020, Jon successfully led digital transformation initiatives and significantly increased the company’s annual sales through digital commerce. Jon's earlier experience includes roles at Whole Foods Market, Wunderman - Blast Radius, and Razorfish, covering various aspects of product management, experience design, and digital strategy. Jon earned a BS in General Studies with a focus on Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics from the University of North Texas.
