Mike Peak

GM - Plaza at Jack Stack Barbecue

Mike Peak has been in the food service industry for over 20 years. Mike began their career as an executive chef at J. Alexander's Restaurants in 1998. In 2008, they became a culinary partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Mike held this position until 2014 when they left to become executive chef at Morton's The Steakhouse. Mike was with Morton's for less than a year before moving on to their current position as GM at Plaza at Jack Stack Barbecue.

Mike Peak's educational career includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the Culinary Institute of America as well as a Pittsburg State University.

Mike Peak reports to Nathan Tilton, VP - Restaurant Operations. Mike Peak works with Ann Marie Wenzel - Training Manager, Robin Gural - GM - Lee’s Summit, and Nick Beffer - GM - Freight House.
