Adam Williams

Adam Williams currently serves as the Processing Manager at Trillium Farms since August 2023. Prior to this role, Adam was employed as the Poultry Farm Manager at Hybrid Turkeys from November 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing breeding and production operations. Adam also held the position of Kitchen Manager at Old Chicago Restaurants from August 2018 to November 2020, managing all operations and functions of the restaurant, and at Henry Ts Bar and Grill from July 2012 to August 2018, focusing on kitchen operations.
