From their tenure as a Graduate Assistant Swim Coach at Gardner-Webb University to their current position as a Senior Associate at Jackson Lucas specializing in Real Estate Executive Search, Christa has continually showcased their skills in recruiting, coaching, and managing various aspects of the programs Christa has been a part of. Christa's background in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from William & Mary, as well as their Master's degree in Sports Pedagogy from Gardner-Webb University, has equipped their with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in their professional roles.
