Dana Rapier

Dana Rapier currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Jackson, a position held since 2003. In previous roles at Jackson, Dana has been the Vice President in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for strategic support and leading major initiatives, as well as the Vice President of HR Consulting and Strategy, focusing on human resources strategy and communications to align with organizational goals. Additionally, Dana held the position of AVP Organization Effectiveness/Talent Management at Jackson National Asset Management, LLC from June 2003 to June 2012, and was the AVP of Corporate Development. Dana holds a Bachelor degree in Science and a Master’s in Business Administration from Michigan State University, with a focus on Biology, Chemistry, and Business.
