Jan Zeilinga Gaicd

Jan Zeilinga GAICD has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology. They currently hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer at James Cook University since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager Identity and Access Management at ING Australia from 2022 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading a team of IAM specialists and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Jan has a long history with KPMG, having served as a Director at KPMG First Point Global from 2015 to 2018 and as Chief Technology Officer and Founder from 2000 to 2015.

They have also worked at Woolworths as an SOA Security architect and Security Architect, NSW Police as a Security Architect, and Westpac as a Security Architect.
