Lanka Hirimuthugoda

Lanka Hirimuthugoda is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning several roles in various organizations. Since October 2018, Lanka has served as the Head of Human Resources at Janet Sri Lanka, focusing on maintaining workplace wellness and implementing effective HR practices. Prior to this role, Lanka worked as an Executive Human Resources member at JLanka Technologies, managing learning and development, performance management, and recruitment processes from September 2015 to May 2018. The career began as a Management Trainee at Trend Setters Private Limited, where responsibilities included employee relations and training coordination from December 2014 to September 2015. Lanka's education includes a Diploma in Training and Human Resources Development and a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka.
