Kseniya M. has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as an Economist Sales & Marketing at Agroholding Skidel until February 2020. From February 2020 to September 2022, they worked as an Account Manager at Chastnoe predpriyatie "Yurkas". In September 2022, they joined JayDevs as a Business Development Assistant. Additionally, in July 2022, they completed a Lead Generation Internship at Twelvedevs, where they were responsible for lead generation, script creation, researching organizations, analyzing potential partners, communication with the team, and reporting.

Kseniya M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno. Kseniya attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
