Eric Marshall

Eric Marshall has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Eric started their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Experian, where they focused on the financial services industry and gained expertise in mortgage, lending, marketing, and collection. During their time at Experian, they attended industry tradeshows/events and was a respected speaker on credit-related topics.

In 2005, Eric joined LexisNexis as a National Account Manager, working with strategic companies across multiple industries such as financial services, insurance, utility, e-commerce, and healthcare. Eric'sresponsibilities included identity verification and fraud prevention, anti-money laundering analytical tools, and data analytics to support these solutions.

Moving on to Vizant Technologies in 2015, Eric served as a National Account Executive, covering the New England and New York City regions. Vizant Technologies is an advisory firm specializing in inbound and outbound payments, as well as treasury operations. Eric's role included working with private and public companies across various sectors to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve operational efficiency within payment and treasury functions.

Currently, Eric is working as a Strategic Director at J.D. Power since 2015. Eric collaborates with clients in the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance, Life, Annuity, and Financial Services segment. Eric'sprimary focus is to provide strategic guidance to clients and help them achieve their objectives.
