Iván Ramírez Arguello

Manager, Customer Success at Jelp app

Iván Ramírez Arguello has had a varied career, beginning in 2010 with a role as an Enterprise Account Manager at First Kontact Center. In this role, they were responsible for planning and directing the operation of the systems area of two centers located in Baja California and Michoacán, with up to 16 people under their supervision. Iván also had to develop and implement new systems as needed, as well as supervise and review the projects of the area. In addition, they held the roles of Senior Manager of Information Technologies and Project Manager at First Kontact Center. In 2019, Iván began working as a Professor Docente at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. Most recently, they began working as Manager of Customer Success at Jelp App, where they serve as a central node to process data and maintain full visibility of all the processes of the control tower. Iván also provides analysis to customers to help them make decisions and visualize their business end-to-end in real time.

Iván Ramírez Arguello obtained a Licenciatura in Tecnología de la información from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California between 2008 and 2012. Iván then went on to pursue a Maestría in Gestión de tecnologías de la Información from Universidad Tecmilenio, which they completed in 2021.
