Sandisiwe Gxaba is currently serving as a Customer Data Coordinator at Jem since March 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating communication between frontline employees and employers through a WhatsApp-based tool. Additionally, Sandisiwe has been an author with Visionary Writings since April 2017. Previous experience includes roles as an English Language Consultant at MPC Connect (April 2022 - March 2023), a Customer Services Trainee at CCI Careerbox (August 2021 - October 2021), a Sales Assistant at Execuspecs Vincent (December 2020 - January 2021), and a Computer Lab Assistant at Walter Sisulu University (April 2018 - October 2019). Sandisiwe completed a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Development Software at Walter Sisulu University from 2015 to 2020.
