Emma Tracey

Emma Tracey is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR business partnering. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at JERA Global Markets since January 2023, Emma previously held a similar role at Capula Investment Management LLP as maternity cover from November 2021 to December 2022. Emma's career began at FIS, where Emma worked as an HR Business Partner and Human Resources Administrator from April 2014 to December 2021. Emma also gained early HR experience at the University of Warwick as an HR Assistant and Payroll Assistant, managing recruitment administration and payroll queries for significant employee numbers. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Leeds, completed between 2009 and 2012.
