Sophie Goodis has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Merchandiser at Safilo. Sophie then worked as a Marketing/Content Curator at Centro39 in 2015 and as a Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing employee at Marc Bell Capital from 2015 to 2016. Sophie also held roles at Anderson International Foods, Inc., where they started as a Lead Marketing Specialist from 2018 to 2019, and later became the Lead Marketing and Merchandising Specialist starting in 2020. Sophie also worked at Frank Collective as a Client Development and Marketing Assistant from January 2019 to April 2019, and as a Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing Associate from April 2019 to October 2019. Prior to their current position, Sophie served as a Business Development Associate at Hawke Media from October 2019 to March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Program Coordinator for NuRoots Immersive Experiences at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles since February 2022 and will be promoted to Assistant Director, NuRoots Community Building and Immersive Experiences in April 2023.

Sophie Goodis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Lynn University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the same institution, studying from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Sophie also obtained a certification in "Designing and Implementing Big Data Analytics Solutions" from General Assembly San Francisco in August 2016.
