Sourav Neogi

Sourav Neogi is an experienced public health professional with a diverse background in program management and consultancy across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Program Manager for Jhpiego since October 2021, Sourav has previously held roles such as State Innovation Officer at the Norway India Partnership Initiative and Project Management Consultant at Oxfam. With significant expertise in monitoring and evaluation as demonstrated during tenure at CARE, as well as substantial experience in public health initiatives and technical support in states like Bihar and Eastern India, Sourav has contributed to projects focusing on child health, sexual and reproductive health rights, and health management systems. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Post Graduation in Health Management from the Indian Institute of Health Management & Research.
