Rahul Jain

Rahul Jain currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Experimental Nuclear Science at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since May 2024. Previously, Rahul held the position of Graduate Research Assistant at the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) from May 2019 to May 2024 and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Michigan State University from August 2018 to May 2019. Rahul's research experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at TRIUMF in early 2018, a Jagadish Endowment Scholar at The Australian National University in mid-2017, and a Summer Student with the Harvard ATLAS Group at CERN in mid-2016. Earlier, Rahul was a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Academy of Sciences in summer 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Nuclear Physics from Michigan State University (2018-2024), a brief stint as a Visiting International Research Student in Physics at The University of British Columbia (2018), and an Integrated Master of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (2013-2018).
