Sibi Verghese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer lifecycle management, marketing, and sales across various telecommunications companies. Currently serving as Lead in Customer Lifecycle Management at Jio since June 2022, Sibi oversees customer acquisition and retention initiatives for the Commercial and Enterprise Segment. Prior roles include Head of Customer Lifecycle and Campaign Management at Cuemath, and several positions at Jio, where responsibilities encompassed strategizing product launches and campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
