Brad Nicolais has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Brad started their career in 2000 at The Country Club of Scranton, where they worked as Golf and Restaurant Staff for nine years. In 2008, they joined Midlantic Engineering as a Construction Field Technician, gaining field experience in construction projects until 2009. Brad then worked at Costanzo Construction Services Co. Inc in 2010 in the Estimating Department. In 2011, they joined Clark Construction as a Project Engineer, where they gained engineering experience until 2014. Since 2014, Brad has been working at John Moriarty & Associates, starting as an Assistant Project Manager and progressing to the positions of Project Manager and currently as Sr. Project Manager. Brad is a LEED AP with a strong background in project management and a diverse range of construction industry experience.
Brad Nicolais, LEED AP, has a diverse educational background. Brad is currently a Master of Science candidate in Real Estate & Development at George Mason University. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering and Construction Management from Penn State University. Prior to that, they graduated from Abington Heights High School, earning a High School Diploma with a concentration in General Studies.
In addition to their academic credentials, Brad Nicolais has obtained several certifications. Brad is certified as an OSHA 30 Hour professional by the US Department of Labor OSHA. Brad also holds the credentials of LEED AP, BD+C, and LEED Green Associate, both granted by the U.S. Green Building Council. Furthermore, they are an ACI Certified professional recognized by the American Concrete Institute.
