Jamin A.

Jamin A. has a diverse range of work experience. They are currently working at Joby Aviation as a 5 axis CNC set up and programmer. Prior to this, they worked at Bayview Plastic Solutions, Inc. as an assistant manager. Jamin also has extensive experience at Freetech Plastics, where they worked for ten years as a 5 axis CNC set up and programmer. They were responsible for setting up, programming, and running CNC machines, as well as designing and building fixtures for custom thermo-formed parts. Before that, Jamin worked at Pelikan Technologies Inc. as a Lab Tech, managing and maintaining a prototype model shop and designing parts using SolidWorks. They also have experience as a seasonal firefighter at the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), and as a fiber-optic technician at Fiber Systems, Inc. where they made custom fiber optic products and polished cable connector ends.

Jamin A.'s education history includes studying CNC machining and manufacturing R&D at De Anza College since 2009, currently in progress. They also obtained an EMT Certification from Bay Area Training Academy, specializing in Emergency Medical Technician training. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Surfcam at Chabot College.
