Ulrike Klintworth

Ulrike Klintworth has a strong background in strategic finance and project management. From 2022 onwards, they worked at JOE & THE JUICE, holding various director-level roles in strategic finance projects and transformation. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they were a Strategic Finance Manager at Vodafone New Zealand, leading diverse projects and initiatives. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Arla Foods as an External Reporting Manager, overseeing the preparation of the Group Annual Report and leading cross-organizational engagement. Before that, Ulrike worked at EY as a Senior Assurance Consultant from 2013 to 2016, managing and delivering audit engagements and leading client interactions. Ulrike also had an international secondment to Switzerland during this time. Ulrike started their career with internships at Deloitte in 2011 and PwC in 2006.

Ulrike Klintworth completed their Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Postgraduate Honours (BCom(Hons)) degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Canterbury from 2009 to 2012. Ulrike then pursued their Chartered Accountant Qualification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand between 2013 and 2015. Prior to these academic achievements, Ulrike attended Deutsche Internationale Schule Pretoria, although the specific years and field of study are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Ulrike has obtained two certifications. In March 2022, they received a certification in Competitive Strategy from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Strategic Management and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School.
