Amr El-Demerdash, PhD, AFHEA has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to natural products chemistry and research. Amr is currently working as a Senior Postdoctoral Scientist at the John Innes Centre, where they focus on elucidating biosynthetic pathways for plant natural products and optimizing extraction protocols. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Professor at Mansoura University, where they taught and conducted research in natural products' chemistry. Amr also served as a Guest Lecturer at the University of East Anglia.
