Manager Strategic Initiatives at Johnston Group Inc.

Scott Angus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in founding and managing initiatives that empower youth and enhance community engagement. As the Founder of HP Change since November 2017, Scott has focused on creating meaningful opportunities for young people. In the role of Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Johnston Group Inc. since September 2020, Scott contributes to employee benefit solutions within a recognized company. Previous experience includes facilitating youth entrepreneurship programs at North Forge Technology Exchange and co-founding Afterwork. Notably, Scott coordinated sponsorships for the 2017 Canada Summer Games and served as Community Engagement Coordinator at Resource Assistance for Youth, Inc. In addition, Scott directed the inaugural Winnipeg Location of the Coldest Night of the Year walkathon. Scott began a commitment to charity work as Charity Co-Chair for the Commerce Students' Association at the University of Manitoba while earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the institution from 2007 to 2012.
