Karen G. serves as the Director of Digital Engagement for North America at Jollibee Group of Companies, overseeing CRM and Loyalty initiatives since August 2020. Karen's experience at Johnson & Johnson includes roles as Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager for the Neutrogena portfolio, spearheading strategic planning, product launches, and consumer insight research. Prior positions include Associate Marketing Manager at ConAgra Foods and Retail Analyst at Wells Fargo. Karen holds an MBA in General Management from USC Marshall School of Business and has completed digital marketing training at Rutgers University.
