Rafael Cunha

Rafael Cunha currently serves as a Post-Sales Account at JORDAO since January 2021, focusing on client management. Previously, Rafael worked at Salsa from 2017 to January 2022 as a Sales Attendant, where responsibilities included stock management, logistics, invoicing, inventory, customer complaints, and personalized customer service. Rafael's experience also includes a role as a member of the Fiscal Council at Associação Académica da Universidade do Minho from 2016 to 2017, involving financial report analysis and budget decision-making. Prior roles in the hospitality industry include serving and team coordination at Restaurante Tirsense from 2013 to 2017, event preparation and social entertainment at Quinta de Entre Vinhas from 2013 to 2016, and manufacturing operations at JORDAO COOLING SYSTEMS in 2011. Rafael holds an integrated master's degree in Psychology from Universidade do Minho, completed in 2017.
