Garrick Lipscomb

Garrick Lipscomb is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Judson Senior Living since January 2023. Prior to this role, Garrick was the Director of Information Technology at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, managing IT functions for over 1000 staff and volunteers across 60 locations from March 2012 to January 2023. Previously, Garrick held the Director of Information Technology position at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, where oversight of technology development and implementation was key. Additional experience includes roles as Partner at Wall Eye Gallery, Technology Program Manager for the Ohio Turnpike Commission at HNTB Corporation, Enterprise Architect at Unisys, and Senior Systems Administrator at ICG Communications. Garrick served as a Sergeant in the Ohio Army National Guard from 1987 to 1993 and earned a BA in English from Cleveland State University between 2000 and 2003.
