William Czifro

William Czifro has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. William is currently working at JumpCloud as a Software Engineer, specifically focusing on Developer Effectiveness since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OneLogin as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Software Engineer, both roles centered around Engineering Effectiveness from September 2019 to February 2022. Before joining OneLogin, William worked at Czifro Engineering as a Software Engineer from January 2019 to August 2020. William also gained valuable experience at Gravity Jack, where they served as a Software Engineer from August 2017 to September 2019. At Gravity Jack, William held various roles, including Senior Backend Engineer, Lead Backend Engineer, and Software Engineer. William'sresponsibilities included infrastructure planning, backend solution design, adoption of containerized software and self-reliant hosting using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as introducing Functional Programming concepts into the software development lifecycle. Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Student Assistant at Eastern Washington University from September 2015 to June 2017, where they primarily graded code submissions for a professor and provided feedback on coding conventions. Early in their career, William gained experience as a Software Developer and Intern at Gravity Jack in 2015 and 2014, respectively.

William Czifro obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Network Systems from Whitworth University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Network Systems at Eastern Washington University from 2015 to 2017.
