Catherine Banet

Catherine Banet is a prominent academic and legal professional specializing in Energy Law. Currently a Professor of Law at the University of Oslo since September 2014, Catherine has held various noteworthy positions, including Chair of the Board at the Norwegian Energy Law Association and Academic Research Fellow at the Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE). Catherine's extensive experience encompasses roles as a board member for organizations like Becour AS and the ECOHZ Renewable Energy Foundation, as well as serving as an Associate Lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS.
